ABOUT BRUCE (B.A.)
There was never really any question about what the winner of the SDIADA Quality Dealer Award wanted to do with his life. As a young person, Bruce A. (B.A.) saw the role an honest, dedicated automobile dealer could play in people's lives by watching his father Bruce (Uncle Bruce). When the time came to choose a career, no one had to convince B.A. to follow in his father's footsteps.
ABOUT THE AWARD
In order to receive the Quality Dealer Award, dealerships must first be nominated by a member or sponsor of SDIADA. Then, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Adhere to the NIADA Code of Ethics
- Be a long-time member of SDIADA
- Have the necessary credentials to compete in the NIADA contest
- Support NIADA by attending SDIADA and NIADA conventions
- Be an active member of SDIADA by performing association duties and sharing knowledge
- Offer exceptional service to customers
- Maintain the highest standards in their employee and business associate relationships
- Have a positive record with the Better Business Bureau
- Keep an attractive and clean lot
- Present customer and employee testimonial letters
- Present business and personal letters of recommendation
- Have a demonstrated record of community service
